Last updated: October 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Iconify (“Iconify,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit iconify.media (the “Site”), book a call with us, or otherwise communicate with us. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you book a strategy call or contact us, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, social media handles, and any answers you provide about your business and goals.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our partners automatically collect certain information, including your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the website or ad that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. We collect this using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.

Information from third parties. If you reach the Site through an ad, the advertising platform (such as Meta, which operates Facebook and Instagram) may share information with us about the ad you clicked and whether you completed an action such as booking a call.

2. How we use your information

  • To schedule, confirm, and hold your strategy call, and to send reminders about it.
  • To respond to your questions and communicate with you about our services.
  • To provide, operate, and improve the Site and our services.
  • To measure and improve our advertising, including understanding which ads lead to booked calls.
  • To send you marketing communications, where permitted by law. You can opt out at any time.
  • To protect the Site, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Cookies, pixels, and advertising

We use the Meta Pixel and similar tools to understand how visitors use the Site and to measure and improve our ads on Facebook and Instagram. These tools may collect information about your activity on the Site and on other websites over time, and Meta may use it to show you more relevant ads. You can learn more and control ad preferences in your Facebook ad settings, and you can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Some features of the Site may not work properly without cookies.

Videos on the Site are hosted by YouTube and Google Drive. When you play a video, those services may set their own cookies and collect information under their own privacy policies.

4. Text messages and email

If you provide your phone number or email address, you agree that we may contact you about your booked call and our services, including by text message. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us send messages on our behalf.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these cases:

  • Service providers that run parts of our business for us, such as website hosting, scheduling, email and text messaging, and analytics. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
  • Advertising partners such as Meta, as described in Section 3.
  • Legal reasons, when we believe disclosure is required by law or needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of Iconify, our clients, or others.
  • Business transfers, if Iconify is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • With your consent, or at your direction.

6. How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide our services and meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to receive a copy of it, or to opt out of certain uses, including targeted advertising. California residents may have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. To make a request, email us at the address below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights, and we may need to verify your identity before responding.

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. However, no website or method of transmitting or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children’s privacy

The Site and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Third-party links

The Site may link to websites and services we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
